The Nearshore Executive Alliance is thrilled to announce its partnership with BPeace (Business Council for Peace), a U.S.-based non-profit network of business professionals that volunteer skills to entrepreneurs in conflict-affected countries to help them create significant employment and expand the economic power of women.
Through its member organizations, the NEA will be involved in the Bpeace Executive Business Exchange (BEBE), a corporate entrepreneurship exchange program designed to promote innovation, leadership diversity and global awareness. This is a program recognized and supported by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA).
Next month, Ci&T and Unosquare will be hosting an executive from Tech Americas, a BPO service provider in El Salvador for one week each. During that time, NEA members will share best practices and help the executive develop a better understanding of competitive positioning in the U.S market.
If you are interested in being part of this great initiative and hosting the exchange executive for one week in your U.S. site, we still have one spot available. For more information please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
More details about the program coming soon!
